on October 30th, 2025 OIRSA handed over products to the BLPA to support the work of Authorized Local Agents (ALAs) in assisting farmers with tagging animals for local movement and sales. The items were received on behalf of the BLPA by CEO William Usher and Veterinarian Dr. Andre DePaz.
