On November 14, 2024, the Belize Livestock Producers’ Association (BLPA) held a comprehensive training session on Customer Service for all staff members. The goal of this training was to enhance the quality of service provided to our valued customers. The session was led by the highly skilled and experienced Ms. Sherlet R. Neal, a renowned trainer in the field of customer relations. Her expertise and engaging approach helped equip our team with valuable tools and techniques to ensure a more effective, professional, and customer-centered experience moving forward.
