On February 24th, 2024, BLPA (Belize Livestock Producers’ Association) held its 45th Annual General Meeting, with over 600 farmers in attendance. BLPA extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the farmers and businesses who participated, contributing to the success of this AGM. A special thank you goes to Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño for gracing the occasion as our guest speaker.
During his address, Prime Minister Briceño emphasized the vital role of the livestock industry in Belize’s national development. He reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the industry, focusing on making it more productive, competitive, and sustainable. BLPA is grateful for the Prime Minister’s support and looks forward to continued collaboration towards a thriving livestock sector in Belize.
